At The Wellington Sports Academy, our Baseball Training Program is built to help athletes of all levels unlock their full potential, sharpen their skills, and prepare for the physical and mental demands of the game.

Whether you’re a youth player developing a strong foundation, a high school or college athlete striving to stand out, or an advanced player fine-tuning performance, our comprehensive training approach is designed to maximize development, durability, and confidence on the field.

Training Packages & Pricing

  • Unlimited Hitting and Gym Access Membership

    Serious about being a hitter? Our Unlimited Baseball and Gym Access Membership is designed for athletes who understand that strength and conditioning are just as important as hitting mechanics when it comes to becoming a complete, consistent hitter. This program gives athletes the freedom to get high-quality swings in on their own schedule, with consistent access to the facility.

    MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES:

    • Unlimited access to batting cages during operating hours
    • Open hitting format — no scheduling required
    • Game-ready reps focused on mechanics, timing, and consistency
    • Ideal for athletes who want frequent, flexible, purposeful swings

    ACCESS HOURS (BATTING CAGES & SPORTS PERFORMANCE WEIGHT ROOM):

    • Monday – Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    • Sunday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    Additional Key Features

    • Membership Gym Access: Fitness equipment, cardio machines, and strength training areas
    • Hours: 5:00 PM – Close
      • Closing at 10:00 PM through May 31
      • Beginning June 1, closing at 12:00 AM
    • Basketball Court Access:
      • Unlimited court access (7 total basketball courts available)
    • Adult League Access: Unlimited participation in basketball, volleyball, and pickleball leagues

    This program is built for committed athletes who want to develop across multiple positions — combining two disciplines (Pitching, Hitting, or Catching) into one fully integrated system. Guided by our elite coaching staff, this is a complete approach to building a more complete athlete.

    Initial Onboarding & Evaluation

    Movement Assessment

    A detailed analysis of your mobility, stability, and movement efficiency to identify biomechanical imbalances or limitations that may impact performance or increase injury risk.

    Skill-Specific Assessment (Based on Selected Disciplines)

    A comprehensive evaluation of your mechanics, performance data, and positional demands based on the two areas you choose:

    • Pitching: Throwing mechanics, velocity, pitch data (if available), and arm health
    • Hitting: Swing mechanics, bat speed, contact quality, and approach
    • Catching: Receiving, blocking, throwing mechanics, and positional movement

    Strength & Conditioning Program

    A fully customized training plan tailored to your individual needs, goals, and training environment.

    Programs are built to support both selected disciplines — improving strength, power, mobility, and durability while ensuring your body can handle the demands of multi-position development.

    Training is continuously updated based on performance feedback and athlete adaptation.

    Nutrition Feedback

    Personalized guidance to optimize recovery, performance, and overall health.

    Nutritional strategies are aligned with your training demands, workload, and seasonal schedule.

    Skill Development Programming

    Position-Specific Development Plans (2 Disciplines)

    Each athlete receives detailed programming for both selected areas:

    • Pitching: Throwing program, bullpen structure, velocity development, pitch design, and arm care
    • Hitting: Swing development plan, approach work, timing, bat speed, and contact quality
    • Catching: Receiving drills, blocking progression, footwork, throwing development, and positional control

    Daily Correspondence

    Unlimited communication with your assigned Performance Coach through our remote platform.

    Includes daily feedback, video review, program adjustments, and direct access to coaching support.

    Program Freeze / Pause Policy

    Program freezes or temporary pauses may be considered in special circumstances (injury, medical situations, or significant conflicts).

    All requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis by Wellington Sports Academy management.

    This program gives athletes the flexibility to take high-quality swings on their own schedule, while also participating in structured strength and conditioning sessions led by our dedicated performance staff.

    Membership Includes:

    • Unlimited Hitting Access
      • Available Monday–Friday and Sunday
      • Open hitting format — no scheduling required
      • Game-ready reps designed to improve mechanics, timing, and consistency
      • Ideal for athletes seeking frequent, flexible, and purposeful training
    • Structured Strength & Conditioning
      • Held Monday–Friday (5 days per week)
      • Sessions are run and led by our Strength & Conditioning staff
