Teams
The Wellington Sports Academy basketball program offers multiple teams, including Post Grad National, Post Grad Regional, HS National, Varsity, and Middle School, providing the nation’s most effective training environment for student-athletes regardless of age or skill level. All teams compete in the Grind Session and the SIAA Conference, and also play independent schedules, including opportunities to compete for the Chipotle National Championship.

Post Grad National
The Post Grad National team competes against elite national programs in the Grind Session, SIAA Conference events, and major national tournaments, providing maximum exposure to college coaches and professional scouts. Players on this team are prepared to pursue top Division I opportunities or professional careers. Training emphasizes advanced skill development, strength and conditioning, and team development modeled after elite collegiate and professional programs. -
Post Grad Regional
The Post Grad Regional team competes within the SIAA Conference and independent events, giving student-athletes exposure against high-level regional competition. This team provides opportunities to refine skills, gain visibility for collegiate recruitment, and prepare for advancement to national-level programs. Post Grad Regional athletes receive intensive training, position-specific development, and guidance from the coaching and academic staff. -
HS National
The Wellington Sports Academy HS National team competes in the Grind Session, SIAA Conference, and high-profile national tournaments, providing unparalleled exposure to college recruiters and professional scouts. Student-athletes on this team aspire to play at top Division I programs or at the professional level. Training mirrors elite collegiate programs, focusing on intensive workouts, advanced skill development, and team performance. -
Varsity
The Varsity teams provide student-athletes with high-level competition within the SIAA Conference, Grind Session, and independent events. Varsity players refine their skills, gain recruiting exposure through showcases and tournaments, and experience structured development that prepares them for progression to HS National or Post Grad teams. The program emphasizes both individual growth and team performance. -
Middle School (Grades 6–8)
The Middle School teams provide foundational skill development, basketball IQ, and competitive experience for players in grades 6 through 8. Athletes are introduced to the standards and expectations of SIAA Conference and Grind Session competition while building strength, teamwork, and game fundamentals. These teams prepare student-athletes for a smooth transition into Varsity and higher-level teams within the program.
